Shipping 

All Canadian orders ship from British Columbia. All US orders ship from Denver, CO.

Flat Rate shipping is done through Purolator (Canada) and Fed-Ex (USA). Any deviation from this will result in an increase in shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

Flat Rate shipping is only available if you ship within your ordering country. Some products are only available in some countries. If you get to the checkout and you get a pop-up letting you know that this product can't ship to you, it's because we don't have that product in stock in your respective country. We're bummed too, but ermegawsh, shipping across the border, these days?! 

Highmark will provide a tracking number via email as soon as product is shipped.

Highmark ships only to physical addresses, not PO Boxes.

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Pick Up is only available in Canada from our office in Golden, BC. Please bring us a coffee if you're coming by. Two milks, no sugar ; we're sweet enough.

No insurance is provided on shipments unless the customer requests & pays for it. Once the product has left our warehouse, it is no longer the responsibility of Highmark.

Please note that full compressed air cylinders cannot be sent with all methods. Longer than expected shipping times may be the case when including these items in your order.
