WARRANTY

Highmark Avalanche Airbag packs are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. During this period, Highmark will cover repair costs and outbound return shipping for any valid warranty claim. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by extreme, improper, or inappropriate use.

Please note:

  • We are unable to repair or replace deployment systems (the internal airbag system components or “guts” of the pack).
  • We are also unable to repair or replace broken handles or similar components.
  • These items are not covered under the Highmark warranty.

Once your warranty claim has been received, our team will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA) number to begin the process.


STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL WARRANTY CLAIM

1. Complete the Warranty Form

Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your claim.

2. Receive Your RA Number

We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number for your return. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, please check your junk or spam folder.

3. Ship Your Pack

Mail your pack to Highmark Airbags with the RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

Please note: If we are only servicing the pack itself, you do not need to send the cylinder back with your return.

4. Repair & Return

If the repair is not covered under warranty, our warranty department will contact you with repair details and associated costs before proceeding.

If the repair is covered under warranty, we will complete the repair and return your pack at no charge. Our team will only contact you if there is an unexpected delay in processing your repair.
